I really like the color scheme of this theme and its simplicity. Just out of curiosity, will the top links (primary links?) stay put even when you scroll down a long page?

The primary links are part of the header section and will not be at a fixed position.
To answer your question, no, the primary links do not stay put when you scroll down.

I hadn't even thought of doing that, but it could be pretty simple to do by coding a fixed position element for the header in the stylesheet.
